The Inspectorate of General Supervision (Irwasum) of the National Police (Polri) Commissioner Agung Budi Maryoto, directly observed the simultaneous vaccination at the Lampung Regional Police Headquarters (Mapolda Lampung), Sunday (20/02/22).

Irwasum Polri said that that plan must be implemented immediately to break the infection chain of Covid-19 in Lampung.
“So I think we have to cooperate with the other provinces. However, still, the important thing is that we have to be vaccinated and adhere to the health protocols,” said Commissioner Agung Budi Maryoto.
Commissioner Maryoto stated that the vaccination in Lampung is still low. He implores the people of Lampung to immediately get their vaccines.

Lampung Police Chief (Polda Lampung), Inspector General (Irjen) Hendro Sugiatno previously said that he would carry out strategies to filter out immigrants who would enter the Lampung area.
"One of which is to cooperate with Banten Province so that people from Java who would cross to Lampung, they have been properly filtered in Merak Port and free the virus," said Irjen Hendro Sugiatno.
Kapolda Lampung said that the plan was made based on the data, which shows the virus mostly comes from visitors.
