Tribratamews.polri.go.id – Lombok. Covid-19 vaccination acceleration keeps being run by the Indonesian government as one of the efforts in handling the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia.
This time, Chief of Indonesian National Police, Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, together with the Commander of the Armed Forces, Armed Forces Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto, inspecting vaccination held in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) province on Friday (10/9/21).
The vaccination in NTB also became attention due to the Superbike and MotoGP event in November. "For the region with the said event, please prepare vaccinators. Mandalika requires special attention", the Chief of Indonesian National Police said.
During the occasion, the Chief of Indonesian National Police and Commander of the Armed Forces also received reports from the Central Lombok regent on vaccination in the region. The said report targeted 75 per cent of people to be vaccinated, following the national vaccination programme target and considering the international events mentioned above.
Besides, the Chief of the Indonesian National Police also asked all personnel of the regional government to plan carefully so that vaccination targets could be achieved. "Please plan this because we have only two months left from the target. We hope that dear colleagues can break the achievement record in NTB. We are waiting, and may the result is great", Chief of Indonesian National Police said.
As information, the national vaccination event in NTB was held in several regions such as West Lombok, North Lombok, East Lombok, Mataram City, West Sumbawa regency, Central Lombok, Bima city, Bima regency, Dompu regency, and Sumbawa regency.
