In improving police services to the community, especially in Central Java province, Central Java Regional Police launched 2 applications, E-Office and Tidar Presisi. Chief of Central Java Regional Police, Police Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi,, launched the application at Magelang Resort Police Headquarter.
The two-star general said the new breakthrough application issued by Magelang Resort Police is a new representation from Indonesian National Police, for Magelang people, especially the people of Central Java.
On the same occasion, Acting as Chief of Magelang City Resort Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Fidelis Timuranto said the E-Office Gelang Angkasa program has the feature to accommodate community needs. One of them is a police report from the community.
"Accommodating community needs related to police reports, requests for license renewals, requests for SKCK (Certificate of Good Conduct), loss reports, complaints reports, notification of public opinion submissions, requests for crowd permits, complaint reports, foreign data reports and Propam (profession and security) complaints," Acting as Chief of Magelang City Resort Police, Fidelis Timuranto explained.
Furthermore, the second application called Tidar Presisi accommodates the needs of the Magelang City Resort Police. Of course, this application is to support services for the community.
"So briefly, E Office Gelang Angkasa of Magelang City Resort Police provides convenience for the community according to their needs and each member's activities, in serving the community, it is controlled accurately on Presisi Tidar application," Acting as Chief of Magelang City Resort Police explained.
