Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Semarang. In order to support the government vaccination programme, Central Java Regional Police actively held a vaccination programme. Personnel of Central Java Regional Police, along with the Indonesia Big Motorcycle Association of Greater Solo, held a vaccination event at the Wisma Boga, Grogol, Sukoharjo, on Saturday (02/10/21).
"Today, we held mass vaccination in areas including Sukoharjo, which is the agglomeration area of the Former Surakarta Residency. There are 3,500 doses available here, targeting students and the general public", Chief of Central Java Regional Police, Police Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi, said.
Chief of Regional Police stated that, besides the general public, the vaccination would prioritise students and college students. Central Java Regional Police would keep intensifying their vaccination achievement in Central Java. Chief of Departmental Police said that the vaccination programme in Central Java had reached 62%.
"We will keep intensifying vaccination programme, by inviting institutions or community organisations such as the community of Indonesia Big Motorcycle Association", Police Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi said.
Meanwhile, the Head of IMBI Solo, Haryanto A, hoped that a vaccination programme that targets students could realise the offline learning programme. He said that this event is a part of the IMBI Care Programme, conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic.
