Indonesia Cinta Kamtibmas (ICK) appreciates the Deputy Chief of Police (Wakapolri) General Commissioner Dr. Drs. Gatot Eddy Pramono, M.Sc., who directly stepped in and encouraged the ranks of the Regional Police throughout Indonesia to achieve and increase vaccination targets in their respective regions more quickly.
"ICK considers the encouragement from Wakapolri is very positive by encouraging members to complete the vaccinations and exceeding the predetermined targets," explained the Chair of the ICK Presidium, Gardi Gazarin, Monday (14/2/2022).
According to Gardi Gazarin, the direct involvement of Wakapolri in ensuring all vaccination activities, especially those carried out by the Regional Police in the region, further enhances the performance of members in the field.
"It should be commended. Wakapolri monitoring the vaccinations can increase the performance of all personnel in carrying out Polri motto, Presisi Polri, especially by paying attention to the health so that our nation will soon be free from Covid-19," said Gardi Gazarin.
The chairman of the 2014-2016 National Police Journalists Forum (FWP) stated that the anti-Covid-19 campaign and the acceleration of vaccinations by the Police need to be supported, as has been done by the TNI and other stakeholders as the spearhead in suppressing Covid-19.
