Then, Saturday (09/18/21), the police carried out developments. Then managed to catch MBS in Polling. At the same time, confiscated one Unit of Colt Diesel BB 8431 LD. They use this vehicle to transport stolen potatoes.
Monday (09/20/21), arrests continued against JLS in Polling. Furthermore, Tuesday (9/21/21), TS was also arrested in Pasar Doloksanggul Village. Then, Thursday (09/23/21), officers arrested MS in Doloksanggul.
The five suspects committed the thievery by breaking a warehouse window. First, the suspect's LL and TS entered the warehouse and lifted a plastic burlap sack filled with potatoes. Then took it out through the window. Then they gave it to JLS and MS, who were waiting outside the warehouse. Then they hoisted them into the vehicle. Meanwhile, MBS waited in the car and looked around at people.
Then, the suspects sold the stolen goods to the Doloksanggul Market. Where is the money for the five of them? In detail, TS received Rp. 2 million, MS in a total of IDR 2.7 million, JLS in a total of IDR 2.6 million, MBS in a total of IDR 1 million, and LL in a total of IDR 2.6 million.
Currently, the five suspects have been detained at the Humbang Hasundutan National Police RTP. Article 363 Paragraph (3e), Paragraph (4e) of the Criminal Code, carries a maximum sentence of nine years imprisonment.
The evidence confiscated by the police was a yellow Colt Diesel BB 8431 LD (confiscated from MBS). Then a leather jacket (from MS). One black pant (from JLS). And one pair of shoes (JLS).
