Tribratanews.polri.go.id-Serang. In the context of dealing with the Covid-19 virus, Banten Regional Police took part in a Coordination Meeting via Zoom Meeting at the Chief of Banten Regional Police's official residence, Saturday (07/08/2021).
The activity was led by the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD. It was attended by the Chief of Banten Regional Police, Police Inspector General Rudy Heriyanto and High Rank Executives Banten Regional Police.
Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD said to always focus on preventing the spread of the Covid-19 virus and some places that cause crowds to be monitored and controlled by implementing strict Health Protocols.
Chief of Regional Police said at the direction of the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs that we must make vaccination successful in Banten Province.
"Yes, because we are vaccinated to increase the body's immune system and can directly prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus," said Chief of Regional Police.
The Two Stars General added to carry out the handling of the Covid-19 virus through the 5S1T approach.
The 5S1T approach is Strategy, Structure, System, Skill, Speed (5S), and Target (1T), with the main targets being to maintain the health of healthy people, heal the unhealthy and treat the sick.
"We make this 5S1T approach in a structured, systematic, and massive manner in our target areas. It turns out to be quite effective," explained Chief of Regional Police.
Meanwhile, Head of Public Relations Division of the Banten Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Attendant Shinto Silitonga invited all elements of society to play an essential role in handling the spread of the Covid-19 virus in Banten Province.
"Let's be disciplined in implementing the Health Protocol, reduce the mobility of travelling and stay at home, carry out activities online, and let's pray together so that the transmission rate of the Covid-19 virus can continue to decrease," said the Head of Public Relations Division.
