Director of Samapta Unit of Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Gatot Haribowo, as the technical implementer of this championship, said that this event is held by Chief of Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police, Police Inspector General Fadil Imran.
"The 2021 Kapolda Cup Judo Championship has two events of man and woman groups, held at the Mini Soccer Field and Hall of the Directorate of the Samapta Unit", Police Grand Commissioner Gatot Haribowo said on Wednesday (10/11/21).
The Director of Samapta Unit of Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police explained that this championship aims to enhance personnel's martial arts abilities and maintain solidity.
"So that the person able to defend themselves in conducting duties anywhere and keep themselves healthy and maintain solidity between the personnel", the Middle Officer of Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police said.
In its commencement, Police Grand Commissioner Gatot Haribowo ensures that all events implement Health Protocols such as wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining distances.
"At the entrance, the committee installed PeduliLindungi barcode and body temperature checks to avoid Covid-19 transmission", the Director of Samapta Unit of Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police said.
The man and woman category of the 2021 Kapolda Cup Judo Championship were won by the Mobile Brigade Unit of Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police.
The second position at the men's team is grabbed by the Traffic Corps Directorate of Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police, and the Profession and Security Agency of Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police is at the third position. For the women's team, the second place is grabbed by the Samapta Directorate of Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police, and the third place is owned by the Drugs Criminal Investigation Directorate of Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police.
