Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police Chief Hopes All Metro Jakarta Residents Will Have Vaccines In August

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police Chief, Pol. General Inspector Fadil Imran hopes that all Jakarta Metropolitan residents will receive the Covid-19 vaccination in August 2021.


The Jakarta Regional Leadership Coordination Forum wants all Jakartans to be vaccinated this August, said the Regional Police Chief when visiting the mass vaccination booth at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Saturday (07/24/2021).


The Regional Police Chief said that the Greater Jakarta Metro. Regional Police together with the National Armed Forces and the Jakarta Metro Government are continuously trying to speed up the vaccination process in order to achieve herd immunity in the community.


"Hopefully, our efforts and aspirations can be realized so that Herd Immunity can be achieved in the Jakarta Province and of course the buffer areas that fall under the jurisdiction of the Greater Jakarta Metro. Regional Police," explained the Regional Police Chief.

Meanwhile, one of the vaccination participants at the South Jakarta Metro. Regional Police, Putri said that the vaccination target in August can be achieved if residents are obedient and have the will to get the Covid-19 vaccine.


"It should be realistic, this August, everything will be okay if everyone wants to be vaccinated, but sometimes people don't want to follow the government's directions," said Putri, who had just received the first dose of vaccine.
