National Armed Forces Commander Commander Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto, together with the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, conducted unannounced inspections of three locations in the Jakarta Capital City area to monitor the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities in Indonesia.
The first location to be reviewed is the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities in Indonesia post in Jagakarsa Village, South Jakarta, then Pondok Kelapa Village, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta and Cengkareng Timur Village, West Jakarta.
The National Police Chief said that strengthening the Micro Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities in Indonesia is an effective thing to suppress the growth rate of the corona virus in the red and yellow zones.
“The Micro Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities in Indonesia Post has a very important role in suppressing the rate of development of Covid-19. Re-strengthen the function of the Micro Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities in Indonesia post, especially in the 5M and 3T efforts," explained the National Police Chief during an inspection with the National Armed Forces Commander.
The National Police Chief hopes that logistical support for the red zone areas where people are self-isolating will be taken into account.
Meanwhile, the National Armed Forces Commander stressed that all instruments for handling Covid-19 such as health workers, PCR test kits, medicines and isolation areas are fulfilled so that Covid-19 can be controlled.
"If all the instruments have been fulfilled, it means that the control of Covid-19 must be maximal," added the Commander.
As is known, in the last few days, the National Armed Forces Commander together with the National Police Chief have indeed intensively reviewed efforts to control Covid-19 at a number of points in Jakarta Capital City after the spike in new Covid-19 cases occurred.
On Wednesday (06/23) the Commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces, the National Police Chief and the Minister of Health visited the Rorotan Micro PPKM post, Cilincing, North Jakarta. Micro Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities in Indonesia's Command Post, South Gandaria, Cilandak, South Jakarta and inspected the North Jakarta Nagrak Flats (Rusun) as a place prepared for the isolation of Covid-19 patients.
