East Java Regional Police Prepares Seven Vaccination Outlets in Surabaya

Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Surabaya. The East Java Regional Police are preparing seven vaccine outlets to be opened in the Surabaya area. This was conveyed by the East Java Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector General Nico Afinta when meeting with the Surabaya Regional Police Chief, Pol. Grand Commissioner Akhmad Yusep Gunawan after being sworn in.

"In the future we will carry out an independent vaccination campaign together with the Mayor and will open several outlets at seven points in the Surabaya area," explained Pol. General Inspector Nico Afinta, Wednesday (08/11/21).

In the initial plan, the East Java Regional Police had prepared 10 thousand doses and would inform the public of the time and place of implementation.

The East Java Regional Police Chief appealed to the people of Surabaya City to always obey with health protocols and support the Government to implement a vaccination program.

"Because this vaccination program will be successful if it gets support from the citizens of the city of Surabaya. I myself am happy to see the enthusiasm of the people running throughout East Java. Especially in Surabaya for the implementation of vaccines and also in an effort to maintain health protocols," explained Two Star General.

Pol. Inspector General Nico Afinta discussed efforts to handle Covid-19 with the Surabaya Regional Police Chief. One of them is synergizing the programs that have been implemented by the East Java Regional Police and Surabaya Police Stations.

"The East Java Regional Police will support all the programs that have been planned by the Police Stations together with the Mayor, especially in handling Covid-19," concluded the Indonesian Military Academy graduate in 1992.
