East Java Regional Police Chief Review Vaccination Invasion at SMAN 2 SURABAYA

East Java Regional Leadership Coordination Forum continues to perform vaccinations and this time SMAN 2 Surabaya is the target, as many as 1,000 doses are targeted in the implementation of student-based vaccination for this second dose. In addition, this check also commemorates the 71st anniversary of SMAN 2 Surabaya. Saturday (08/14/21).

The event was attended by the East Java Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Nico Afinta, Military Commander V Brawijaya Maj. Gen. Suharyanto, East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa, East Java Chief of Staff Mohammad Dofir, and East Java Regional Head Middle Marshal Rudy Iskandar, as well as East Java Regional Police Chief Officials and Main Officers of Military Regional Command V Brawijaya, checks for vaccination, in order to support the Government's program to establish herd immunity in East Java.

The Governor of East Java, Khofifah Indar Parawansa, motivated the students of SMAN 2 Surabaya, to become useful people for the country and nation in the future. "So for all of my children, who have aspirations to become Army, aspire to become generals. With us here are two generals, Mr. Regional Military Commander V Brawijaya, and Mr. Commander of Navy Fleet two, then those who aspire to become police with us here is Mr. Chief of Regional Polive, Mr. Inspector General of Police Nico Afinta, and Mr. Head of East Java Intelligence Bureau is also a star," explained the Governor in front of the students of SMAN 2 Surabaya.

With the acceleration of the vaccine, the Governor hopes that limited face-to-face learning can begin. However, due to conditions, students are asked to remain diligent in participating in the current online learning process.

Meanwhile, East Java Police Chief Inspector General Nico Afinta, who was also an alumni of SMAN 2 Surabaya in 1989, was also present while conducting a vaccination review. "I am proud to have studied here, I graduated in 89 and I am also proud that on the anniversary of SMAN 2 we also held vaccinations here, so that we can vaccinate all, later with the government's decision we can learn face to face," he explained.

Inspector General of Police Nico Afinta also motivates SMAN 2 students, to always remember 3 things, which is abbreviated as MANTAP which means Faith, Willingness and Knowledge. "I want to convey three things. The first three things are provisions for our progress. The first provision is Faith, whatever we as humans must have strong faith. Because that is the key to our ability, the key to a human's journey in his faith," explained the Chief of Regional Police.

The East Java Regional Police Chief also instills in SMAN 2 students that they must have a steady heart, to achieve their goals, because in the future, knowledge will really help us when we work to solve problems.

"I'm sure that the graduates of SMAN 2 will definitely become useful people. Again, the spirit of the brothers, hang on to your dreams, we need to go up the mountain to struggle. We will see the top of the mountain, if we can be sure that we will get there. faith, will, and knowledge," explained the Two-Star General.
