Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Gianyar. Chief of Bali Regional Police, Police Inspector General Putu Jayan Danu Putra, visited Tampaksiring 1 Public Health Centre to coordinate Covid-19 handling in Gianyar Regency on Friday (31/7/2021).
During the visit, Chief of Regional Police was accompanied by Chief of Gianyar Departmental Police, Police Grand Commissioner Attendant I Made Bayu Sutha Sartana; Commander of 1616/Gianyar Military District, Infantry Lieutenant Colonel Hendra Cipta; and Primary Officials of Gianyar Departmental Police.
The number one person in the Bali Regional Police checks the Covid-19 case tracing in Gianyar Regency. Police also deploy personnel to conduct tracing in the community.
"Our visit to Tampaksiring 1 Public Health Centre is to understand the Covid-19 tracing mechanism", the Chief of Regional Police said.
From the Chief of Bali Regional Police's observation, the Covid-19 tracing effort in Manukaya village of Tampaksiring has been run smoothly and in accordance with the procedure.
On the same occasion, the Chief of Bali Regional Police also asked the health workers in the Public Health Centre, Community Police Unit, and Community Armed Forces Unit about problems faced on the ground during tracing.
Besides, the Chief of Bali Regional Police also gave basic necessities aids to the health workers in the Tampaksiring 1 Public Health Centre. This aid distribution is a form of the Police's appreciation to the health workers for their Covid-19 handling efforts.
"We also gave basic necessities aid as an appreciation to health workers fighting against Covid-19", he concluded.
