Distributing 1,000 Rice Box Packages, Banten Regional Police Care for Orphans

Tribratanews.polri.go.id. - Serang. In the context of Celebration of Orphans on 10 Muharram 1443 H, the Banten Regional Police distributed as many as 1,000 rice box packages to Orphan Islamic Boarding Schools in the jurisdiction of the Banten Regional Police.

When met, Director of Community Development of Banten Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Riki Yanuarfi, said the assistance was a form of concern for the Banten Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector General Rudy Heriyanto Adi Nugroho to orphans.

"Today I just distributed assistance from the Banten Regional Police Chief in the form of a boxed rice package for lunch to orphaned children who are in the Pondok Pesantren Yatim Panti," said the Director of Community Development of the Banten Regional Police.

"The total assistance given by the Banten Regional Police Chief is 1,000 rice box packages which we have distributed to the Yatim Islamic Boarding School in Serang City," he continued.

The Director of the Banten Regional Police also added that this activity was an implementation of the Banten Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Rudy Heriyanto Adi Nugroho's program on "Police Love Orphans" and also to commemorate Orphans Day on 10 Muharram 1443 H.

"Moreover, today coincides with the Orphans Day, for that through this activity it is a form of celebration and concern for the Banten Regional Police Chief for the orphans who are under the jurisdiction of the Banten Regional Police," he added.

Finally, the Director of Community Development of Banten Regional Police hopes that this assistance can be useful for orphans who are in orphanages and Islamic boarding schools.

“Hopefully this assistance can be useful for those who receive it. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, so many people are economically affected. And one of them is the orphans who are in this orphanage or Islamic boarding school, because they really need our help,” he added.

"For that I also invite philanthropists to help our brothers and sisters who are currently affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, we must work hand in hand to help them," he concluded.

The 1,000 packages of rice boxes were distributed to the Baitul Quran Orphanage, Kramatwatu district as many as 245 packages, Pondok Pesantren Daarul Karomah U'la from Serang district as many as 35 packages, Pondok Pesantren Nurul Anwar from Serang district as many as 25 packages, Pondok Pesantren Hilmatul Madani from Serang district as many as 30 packages, Nurul Islam Orphanage Serang district, Serang City as many as 55 packages, Pondok Pesantren An Nur from Walantaka district as many as 100 packages, Al Arif Orphanage from Kasemen district, Serang City as many as 60 packages, Baitul Rahman Orphanage from Kasemen district, Serang City as many as 150 packages, Pondok Pesantren Madarijul U'lum from Cipocok Jaya district of Serang City as many as 50 packages, Dhikr Wata'lim Ar-Rismatul'ilma Assembly from Taktakan district of Serang City as many as 45 packages, Ar-Ridho Orphanage from Serang district Serang City as many as 50 packages, Riyadhul Awamil Islamic Boarding School from Cipocok Jaya district of Serang City as many as 50 packages, Al Falah Orphanage from Curug district of Serang City waterfall as many as 55 packages and Al Quran Education Park Al Huffaz frpm Cipocok Jayadistrict Serang City as many as 50 packages.
