Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Serang. Banten Regional Police keeps assisting the control on coal moning in forest area owned by Perhutani in Panggarangan and Cihara districts of Lebak regency.
Director of Special Criminal Investigation of Banten Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Dedi Supriyadi, said that the personnel of Subdirectorate 4 of Certain Criminal Offences of the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of Banten Regional Police assisted the law enforcement towards the mining activities.
"Yes. The assisting is in accordance with Task Order Letter No. SP.Gas/176/VIII/Res.5.5/2021/Ditreskrimsus dated August 27, 2021", Director of Special Criminal Investigation of Banten Regional Police said.
The activity is in the form of inspecting mining activities with results as follows:
• Location 1 on Plot No. 33 of Cibobok Block, with two traditional/manual mining holes
• Location 2 on Plot No. 33 of Cibedil Block, with two traditional/manual mining holes
• Location 3 on Plot No. 33 of Cilimus Block, with two traditional/manual mining holes
• Location 4 on Plot No. 32 of Pamandian Block, with three traditional/manual mining holes
• Location 5 on Plot No. 32 of Batu Jago/Cibobos Block, with ten traditional/manual mining holes
• Location 6 on Plot No. 32 of Cikacapi Block, with three traditional/manual mining holes
• Location 7 on Plot No. 33 of Cicangkang Kerang Block, with three traditional/manual mining holes
• Location 8 on Plot No. 32 of Kiara Diuk Block, with one traditional/manual mining hole and Police Line
• Location 9 on Plot No. 36 of Sanggo Block, Sukajadi village, Panggarangan district, Lebak regency, with six traditional/manual mining holes. There are also the dismantlement of mining hole supporting logs and Police Line.
• Location 10 on Plot No. 36 of Pasir Ipis Block, Sindang Ratu village, with two traditional/manual mining holes. There are also the dismantlement of mining hole supporting logs and Police Line.
When the personnel of Subdirectorate 4 of Certain Criminal Offences of the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of Banten Regional Police conducting prevention measures on those ten locations, there are no activities, including three locations with the Police Line.
Meanwhile, Chief of PR and Press Agency of Banten Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Attendant Shinto Silitonga, said that the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of Banten Regional Police enforces the law on the buildings and tents near the mining locations.
"We have recorded the coal mining in the forest owned by Perhutani in Panggarangan and Cihara districts of Lebak regency. We also installed Police Line there", Chief of PR and Press Agency concluded.
