Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Padang. The Director of Water and Air Police of West Sumatra Police distributed social assistance to coastal communities in the Mobile Brigadde Base, Director of Water and Air Police area of the West Sumatra Regional Police, Sunday (01/08/2021).
Director of Water and Air Police of West Sumatra Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Sahat M. Hasibuan, said that this social assistance was given to coastal communities, most of whom work as fishermen.
This basic food assistance for fishermen is a form of concern for the West Sumatra Regional Police, Director of Water and Air Police to the people affected by the restrictions imposed by the government.
"We hope that this assistance can ease the burden on people affected by the spread of Covid-19," said Director of Water and Air Police.
In addition to distributing aid, Water and Air Police personnel continue to carry out socialization and education to coastal and island communities.
"We visited the community and gave instructions to obey with health protocols," explained Director of Water and Air Police.
In addition, the personnel of the Director of Water and Air Police of West Sumatra Regional Police also invited coastal residents to vaccinate and make government programs successful in dealing with this pandemic.
"Keep implementing Health Protocols, don't ignore it, and take care of your health, those who haven't been vaccinated can take free vaccinations at the West Sumatra Regional Police or at the Police Stations in the ranks," concluded Director of Water and Air Police.
