TNI Agus Suhardi, attended the Agrosolution Kick off Food Estate event held in Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province, Friday (05/28/ 2021).
The Bela Negeri Farmers' Food Estate is the result of collaboration with PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang, which is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of National Development Planning ( Bappenas ), and the Regional Military Command II / Sriwijaya.
There are five districts that will be involved in the implementation of the State Defense Farmers' Food Estate. The five districts, among others, are Ogan Ilir, Banyuasin, Ogan Komering Ilir, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan, and Ogan Komering Ulu Timur districts.
The program was initiated by the Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru with the regional budget supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of National Development Planning / Bappenas.
This program is expected to trigger South Sumatra's readiness to welcome the food estate in 2022.
In addition to being filled with instuction from Minister of Agriculture, the event was also carried out with the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, Giving Awards, Submitting Accreditation Certificates and inaugurating the Food Estate Farmers Squad.
Appeared at the event, the Governor of South Sumatra, Deputy Chief of Police of South Sumatra, District Military Commander OKI, National Policeof OKI, Regent Ogan Ilir, Regent of Banyu Asin, Regent OKI, Regent East OKU, Regent OKU Selatan and President Director of PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya in Palembang.
