Riau Regional Police officially opened the Drive-Thru service and Integrated Service Building, inaugurated Deputy Chief of Indonesian National Police, Police Commissioner General Gatot Eddy Pramono.
This drive-thru can take care of two services: the Driving License extension and Police Record. It is no doubt that these services provide service, easiness, and transparency.
Under the leadership of Police Inspector General Agung Setya Imam Effendi, Riau Regional Police understands the need to improve public service quality. That is also a reflection of the government's responsibility as the service provider. Therefore, as the integrated police service provider, Riau Regional Police enforces the best service strategy to fulfil the needs and hopes of the public.
According to the Chief of Regional Police, this policy is also in line with the policy of Chief of National Police, Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, on transforming the police on four fields: transformations on the fields of organisation, operational, public service, and supervision.
"One of the targeted programmes in Chief of National Police's Priority Programme is to build a police's public service that is integrated, data-driven, and united in a one-stop service on every regional unit level", he added.
Chief of Regional Police continued that the innovation pioneered by Riau Regional Police is to build and integrate police's public service under one-stop service: by building the Integrated Service Building of Riau Regional Police.
"The service is complemented by drive-thru facility and the Integrated Online Service Apps of Riau Regional Police," Chief of Regional Police said.
The aim of building this integrated service system in the Riau Regional Police, according to their Chief, is to offer easiness to the public by cutting red tapes and promotes time efficiency. People can easily access the service provided by Riau Regional Police through the Integrated Online Service of Riau Regional Police Apps. They can also fill out the forms on desired services and get the selected products by drive-thru scheme in the Integrated Service Building of Riau Regional Police.
Besides app-based services, people also can opt for manual service by going directly to the Integrated Service Building of Riau Regional Police inside the Riau Regional Police Headquarter Complex at Jalan Pattimura No. 13, Pekanbaru.
Services that are integrated into this Riau Regional Police Integrated Service are Online Police Record, Driving License extension, Security Officer's Member Card extension, Protest Notification Letter, Crowd Permit, Lost Goods Report, Special Vehicle Number Plate making service, Information services, Whistle-Blower System service, and Public Aspirations.
