Deputy Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police Monitored Mass Vaccination at Food Estate Pulang Pisau

Government continues to accelerate mass vaccination target with Central Kalimantan Regional Police and Military Region Command 102/Panju Panjung to suppress Covid-19 spread in Central Kalimantan Province. Deputy Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police, Police Brigadier General Ida Oetari Poernamasasi, monitored the implementation of mass vaccination at Food Estate Command Post in Belanti Siam Village, Pandih Batu district, Pulang Pisau (Pulpis) Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, Saturday (08/07/2021).
Also present to accompany Deputy Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police in the independent vaccine monitoring of were High Rank Officers of Central Kalimantan Regional Police,Head of Staff of Military Region Command 102/PJG, Chief of Pulpis Resort Police and elements of Regional Leader Communication Forum of Pulpis Regency.
Deputy Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police through Head of Public Affairs, Police Grand Commissioner K.Eko Saputro, said direct monitoring was carried out to ensure mass vaccination program was right on target, as one of the efforts to overcome Covid-19 pandemic. In the vaccination with the theme of Merdeka Vaccination Indonesia, Tough Indonesia Grows, 300 vaccines were given to people of Belanti Siam Village, Pandih Batu District, targeting senior people.
"The vaccination activity is expected to accelerate the creation of group immunity or herd immunity from Covid-19. Our team will continue to strive to accelerate vaccination program by expanding its implementation to remote villages," Chief of Public Affairs of Central Kalimantan Regional Police concluded.
At the end of his visit, Deputy Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police together with his entourage provided packages of nine-basic-needs and multivitamins to community who participated in the mass vaccine.
