Chief of Banten Regional Police, Police Inspector General Rudy Heriyanto Adi Nugroho, received the visit of the President Director of Krakatau Tirta Industri (KIT) Ltd, Alugoro Mulyowahyudi; Operational Director of KTI Ltd, Dendin Hermawa; and the Head of Personnel and General Department of KTI Ltd, Makmun Dirkeu, in the Command Headquarter of Banten Regional Police on Monday (6/9/2021).
KTI Ltd is the water supplier company, with the water gathered from the Cidanau river, souced from the Rawa Dano natural lake. The water is then distributed using the 1.4 m diameter pipe for 28 km to be processed into clean water in the Krenceng Water Processing Plant. The plant's capacity is 2.000 litre per second and is located in the village of Ir Sutami Street, Kebonsari, Citangkil, Cilegon, and supplying water for all industries.
Along with the industrial development in Cilegon city, the need for water with specific requirements is also increasing. KTI Ltd itself has developed the business to fulfil the market's needs by building and operating Distilled Water Processing Plant, Water Recycle Plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant with membrane, ultrafiltration, ion exchanger, and biological technology.
Chief of Banten Regional Police thanked the Board of Directors of KTI Ltd's visit in the context of enhancing synergy and tightens the relationship. "This activity is to enhance synergy and strengthen community security and order situation", Chief of Regional Police said.
Chief of Banten Regional Police said that Banten Regional Police would always be ready to support the security and operation of the companies in Banten, including KTI Ltd. "There would be two personnel from the local Departmental Police in KTI Ltd, in accordance with the regulation that states all National Vital Objects and Vital Objects security must be under the Regional Police, and the implementation could be conducted by either Regional or Departmental Police", Chief of Regional Police said.
Meanwhile, the President Director of KTI Ltd thanked the Banten Regional Police for the excellent communication relationship between the Banten Regional Police and KTI Ltd to enhance security service in the company's neighbourhood.
