The consistency of the National Police (Polri) in apprehending the high officials of Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) Indosurya, related to the embezzling customer funds, has entered a new phase. Criminal Investigation Unit (Bareskrim) Polri announced they have arrested three high officials of KSP Indosurya.
The authorities said the arrest of three officials Indosurya is necessary, so the investigators could dig deeper in this case of money embezzlement.
The three officials of KSP that have been arrested are the Chairman, Cipta Henry Surya, Finance Director, Cipta June Indria, and Operational Director, Cipto Suwito Ayub.
Although the fraud was already suspected by the authorities from 2020, Polri still needs to do a series of examinations from various customer reports who thought they have been scammed by KSP Indosurya and must be done thoroughly.
Polri is not biased in handling a case, especially when handling a case involving a big institution or influential individual.
For them, if there is enough evidence to convict the institution or the individuals, they will certainly do it. And do it indiscriminately, whoever the figure or company is, anyone who is against the law, will definitely face the Police.
Hopefully, the case would soon be reached its conclusion, especially when the initial findings showed that the loss caused by KSP Indosurya reached 15.9 trillion rupiahs, the highest number in a business entity in the form of a cooperative.
Whoever is involved in this case, whoever is proven to have illegally put the money into their personal account, will be brought to justice. As the request from the victims, hopefully, their money can be returned as much and as quickly as possible.
