Conducting KASUARI Programme, Noken Community Development Unit Task Force of Central Memberamo Visited Fish Farm in Central Mamberamo

Noken Community Development Unit (Binmas Noken) never stops serving the Papuans, such as the fish cultivators in Gimbis village, Kobakma district, Central Mamberamo regency. The visit of Binmas Noken in the context of the KASUARI programme was conducted on Monday, August 23, 2021, at 11.30 local time, led by Police Inspector 1st Class Yunus Wudu, along with Police Chief Brigadier I Putu Antara and Police Brigadier Amandus Laho. They visited fish farming owned by Mr David Pagawak, head of the fish cultivation group.
Once they arrived at the fish farm of Broges village, they met Mr David Pagawak, checked the fish farm, and gave him contact facilities aid. During the visit, Police Inspector 1st Class Yunus addressed the aim of the KASUARI programme (Welfare for the People), which is the assistance on fisheries to the people for the food security during the Covid-19 pandemic in Central Mamberamo regency.
Police Inspector 1st Class Yunus Wudu and Police Chief Brigadier I Putu also advised fish cultivating, such as maintaining the pond's cleanliness to maximise fish cultivation. If there are any problems, he should address them to the officers so the Binmas Noken of Central Mamberamo could help.
They also advise Mr David and his family not to be provoked by groups opposing the Republic of Indonesia and always adheres to Health Protocols to avoid Covid-19 transmission.
