Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Jakarta. The Mobile Brigade Corps' Commander, Pol. Inspector General Anang Revandoko directly led the Opening Ceremony of Jungle Warfare or Forest War for the Mobile Brigade Corps' Command personnel 2021 at the Brimob Training Unit, Cikeas Bogor.
The event was also attended by Deputy Chief of Mobile Brigade Corps' Command, Brigadier General Pol. Setyo Boedi Moempoeni Harso, and the Pioneer Troop Commander of the Brimob Corps Brigadier General Pol. Imam Widodo, Key Officials, and the Regiment Commander of the Mobile Brigade Corps' Command.
Jungle Warfare is a capability training specifically for Mobile Brigade Corps' Command personnel to improve individual and team abilities optimally and toughly, in order to deal with disturbances from terrorist groups and or armed criminal groups, so that techniques and tactics and steps are needed to deal with them.
This training was carried out at the Mobile Brigade Corps' Command Training Unit, Cikeas and Mount Halimun for 60 days in stages, which were attended by 388 Policemen, 38 Youth NCO and 9 Youth Brimob Officers.
In his mandate, Dankorbrimob said, "Gentlemen are representatives of the State, who are here to provide a sense of security to the community, we are standing here trying to provide meaning and solutions to a problem that exists in every inch of the territory of the Republic of Indonesia".
