Combating Terrorism Actions, Special Detachment 88 Anti-Terror Again Arrest One Suspected Terrorist

One of Lajnah's (religious organization tools) team, who served as an emir selection committee with the senior Jamaah Islamiyah (JI) group named Thoriquddin or Abu Rusydan was arrested by the Special Detachment (Densus) 88 Anti-Terror of Indonesian National Police Police.

The Head of the general explanation of the Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police, Police Grand Commissioner Ahmad Ramadhan explained that he and his seniors and elders had tied the knot and formed the Advisory Council.

The Head of the general explanation of the Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police also revealed that the Advisory Council contained people who had become seniors (JI), including Abu Rusydan.

"The advisory council is a collection of seniors and remains with Amir (leader) Prawijayanto, who has been arrested," explained The Head of the general explanation of the Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police.

Lajnah Ihtiari Linasbil Amir (LILA) is a team of Amir selection committee consisting of seniors JI. One of them is Siswanto or Alif (arrested) as the chairman of LILA and Prawijayanto (arrested) who represents the Tahjiz Alwi field.

After Parawijayanto's arrest in 2019, Lajnah's team acted as the organization's rescue committee (JI) by taking control of the organization's leadership.

One of them is changing the organizational structure of (JI) formed by Prawijayanto, to a simpler one (emergency structure).

However, after Siswanto's arrest in November 2020, the Indonesian National Police again revealed the structure of the latest Lajnah team.

In order not to spread widely, the Indonesian National Police immediately arrested Rusydan as the Lajnah Team and administrators along with members of the Perisai (Education, Rehabilitation and Advocacy Center), an institution owned by (JI) and one of the funding institutions (JI), on September 10, 2021.
