Then, he added that people should stay aware of the latest update on Covid-19, so we must adhere to Health Protocols. Do not wait until Day 7. Be aware of Covid-19. Do not wait for a high fever and heavy cough; then, people started to think. It will be too late by then.

Get to know the symptoms since Day 1, so the severe symptoms could be avoided. For example, the high fever symptoms appeared on Day 8, where the virus spread, breaking and intruding our body. Improve the body's immune before it hurts us.

Watch ourselves since Day 1 we possibly exposed. The day-by-day symptoms are as follows:

Day 1 to 3:
• Mild salesma symtomps
• Normal in eating and drinking
• Very mild sore throat
Day 4:
• Mild headache
• Mild fever, around 36.5°C
• Mild sore throat
• Mild hoarse voice
• Appetite starting to be disturbed
• Anosmia (inability to perceive smell/odour)
• Ageusia (inability to perceive taste)
• Mild diarrhoea
Day 5:
• Sore throat
• Hoarse voice
• Feverish feel
• Body temperature ranged between 36.5 – 36.7 °C
• Body feels tired
• Pain at fingers and joints
Day 6:
• Mild fever at 37°C
• Dry or little slimy cough
• Feeling hard to breathe once or twice
• Sore throat during talking
• Sore when eating and swallowing
• Nausea and possible vomiting
• Diarrhoea
Day 7:
• Relatively high fever between 37.4 – 37.8 °C
• Cough more often and with phlegm
• Short breath
• Headache and the head feels heavy
• Whole-body in pain
• Increasing diarrhoea
Day 8:
• High fever of 38°C or more
• Hard to breathe, chest feels heavy
• Pain on the head, back, and joints
• Continuous cough
• Hard to speak, just like muted
Day 9:
• All symptoms unchanged
• The cough becomes more severe
• Erratic and irregular fever
• Breathing becomes too hard
• Prevention is impossible
• Must be put into intensive care

Suppose people are aware of Day 1 to 3 and improve their immunity by drinking vitamin C, D, E and preparing for paracetamol. In that case, the illness can be avoided, and recovery could be faster.

Day 1 to 3 symptoms are very mild and often to be ignored and went undetected, so Day 4 would be the day when people usually notice something wrong with their body. They must self-isolate as soon as possible, drink warm water or herbal drinks. Do not forget to sunbathing, often wash your hands, wash your face, change clothes, eat nutritious foods, and take vitamins.

Good luck, and be alerted. Stay calm but be wise. Avoid the possible exposure as much as possible. I hope you can fight against Covid-19, and may we stay healthy.

Please notice the difference (so as not to be prejudiced):
1. Dry cough + sneezing = air pollution
2. Cough + pleghm + sneezing + runny nose = common cold
3. Cough + pleghm + sneezing + runny nose + body in pain + tired + light fever = flu
4. Dry cough + sneezing + body in pain + tiredness + high fever + trouble breathing + anosmia + ageusia = Coronavirus

"We took this from the AIIMS Pathology Department of Health Office", Police Grand Commissioner Supriadi concluded.
