Chief of South Sumatera Regional Police, Police Inspector General Eko Indra Heri, together with main officers of South Sumatera Regional Police and YLKI Prov South Sumatera carried out Social Service at residence of H. Darmansyah SH, Mayor Zen Darsono Street alley RT 25 RW 07 No. 2 Next to Post Office Sei Selayur Sub-district, Kalidoni District, Palembang.
In this activity, Chief of South Sumatera Regional Police provided assistance of nine-basic-needs, 200 sacks of rice, to people who live in Sei Selayur sub-district, Kalidoni district, Darsono alley, Rt 25 Rw 07 Palembang.
"This is form of motivation, appreciation and encouragement to community in Covid-19 condition, we are jointly working together to provide assistance to community," Chief of South Sumatera Regional Police said.
Chief of South Sumatera Regional Police said the handling of Covid-19 pandemic cannot be handled by one party or a group of people. Therefore, police chief invites all levels of society together to prevent Covid-19 spread.
"I thank to those who have helped community, the private sector, and local government agencies, Indonesia National Armed Forces who have collaborated in dealing with Covid-19 pandemic, both in social assistance activities or medical aid. The system that we have built according to Minister of Home Affairs instruction has been carried out really well. I hope we keep our enthusiastic to provide education to the public to comply with 3 M and health protocols so Covid pandemic will soon pass," Chief of South Sumatera Regional Police concluded.
