Chief of North Sulawesi Regional Police Together with Military Area Command (Pangdam) XIII/Merdeka Visit Covid-19 Resilient Village in Bolmong Regency

Chief of North Sulawesi Regional Police, Police Inspector General Nana Sudjana together with Pangdam XIII/Merdeka Indonesia National Armed Forces Major General , Santos Gunawan Matondang visited the Covid-19 Resilient Village and the Micro PPKM (community restriction activity) Command Post in Bakan Village, Lolayan District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, Thursday (06/17).

Police Inspector General Nana Sudjana said visit was also in order to stay in touch with the community, religious leaders, and community leaders in Bakan Village.

The Chief of North Sulawesi Regional Police appreciated the formation of Covid-19 Resilient Village and the Micro-Scale PPKM Command Post in Bakan Village.

"Each village or neighborhood must be resilient to various existing problems, especially tough against the Covid-19 transmission," the Two-Star Generaexplained.

The former of Expert Staff Coordinator (Koorsahli) of Chief of Indonesia National Police said the current development of Covid-19 cases was indeed fluctuating, meaning the rate of spread of Covid-19 fluctuated up and down.

“In North Sulawesi a few moments ago there were several areas that were in red zone and then decreased to the orange zone. There are six areas that are in the orange zone and then decrease one that is in orange zone , the other is the yellow zone,” the 1988 graduate of Indonesian Military Academy Akabri g explained.

The Chief of North Sulawesi Regional Police asked the entire Bakan Village community to continue to comply with health protocols.

"I hope we are not careless, we need to keep implementing health protocol. Always wear mask, wash hands, keep the distance, avoid crowds, reduce mobility, and increase immunity," Police Inspector General Nana Sudjana said.
