Chief of Lampung Regional Police, Police Inspector General Hendro Sugiatno officially opened Metro Resort Police Integrated Public Service Building and Launched Metro Bisa Service Application, in front of Metro Resort Police SPKT Building, Tuesday (08/03/21).
"We thank Chief of Metro Resort Police, Metro Mayor and local City Government for supporting and utilizing the technology system to create online-based digital application for public service," the two-star General said.
Police Inspector General Hendro Sugiatno said this application make it easier to receive services and public to report complaints.
This application and integrated service building serves to provide excellent service to the people of Metro City, among others, public complaints services against the performance of Indonesia National Police, Issuance of Police Records Certificates (SKCK) and SIM (Driving Liscence) extension using Metro Bisa application.
Then BRI counter for payment of PNBP SIM, SKCK, patrol permits, recruitment information, fingerprint services, as well as traffic accident and ticketing services.
Chief of Lampung Regional Police explained the launch of Metro Bisa application and the opening of integrated service building is high dedication of Metro Resort Police in providing the best service to Metro City people.
"I hope the dedication and service of Metro Resort Police will increase and become more precise," former Assistant Planning and Budgeting of Chief of Indonesia National Police said.
The existence of this integrated application and service building is also one of the efforts to prevent corrupt practices. In addition, it can prevent the spread of Covid-19, because it minimizes face-to-face meeting.
Hendro hopes the breakthrough made by Metro Resort Police can be followed by other Resort Police.
"This Metro Bisa application really supports the efforts of Metro Resort Police in providing services to the community, where this application can be downloaded through the Play Store," the 1988 graduate of Indonesia Armed Forces Academy said.
Meanwhile, at the same place, Chief of Metro Police, Police Superintendent Retno Prihawati said this online service application is to support Chief of Indonesia National Police’s program, Presisi and support Chief of Lampung Regional Police’s program in providing services to the people of Metro City to adapt new habits to break the chain of Covid-19 spread.
"This application was created to create fast, accurate and anti-corruption services and to realize Metro Bisa in our hands, we are ready to serve the community," Police Superintendent Retno Prihawati said.
Chief of Metro Resort Police added with this service, it is expected public can more easily manage filings at Metro Resort Police Station online, as for to use Metro Bisa application, it can be downloaded on Play Store.
