Chief of East Java Regional Police, Police Inspector General Nico Afrinta, and Commander of 5th/Brawijaya Military Region, Armed Forces Major General Suharyanto, and the high officials of the Regional Leaders Communication Forum patrol and inspect the 3T implementation at the PPKM (Community Activity Restrictions Enforcement) command post in Sidoarjo. Both rode trail motorcycles from Surabaya to Sidoarjo.
East Java Ad-Interim Provincial Regional Secretary, Heru Tjahjono, also patroled on a motorcycle. Several primary officials of East Java Regional Police, Commander of 0816 Military District, and Chief of Sidoarjo Departmental Police also attended by motorcycle to check the locations.
The patrol was started from the East Java Regional Police Headquarter and went to Sidoarjo Public Service Mall and the Local Public Health Centre in Candi district, Sidoarjo. On this location, the Chief of East Java Regional Police inspected the implementation of centralised isolation and 3T (testing, tracing, treatment) to ensure implementation according to the specified flow.
Besides, the Chief of East Java Regional Police and Commander of the 5th/Brawijaya Military Region also gave basic necessities packages to residents in Buduran village. This aid aims to maintain public security and order and help to alleviate people's burden affected by Level 4 PPKM.
At least 150 basic necessities packages were distributed to the residents. "This activity is an effort from Armed Forces-Police to observe public security and order and distribute social aids to be on target to people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic", Chief of East Java Regional Police said.
Chief of East Java Regional Police said that this patrol is a form of attention from the East Java Regional Leaders Communication Forum to people in the middle of the pandemic.
"This activity would be continued by Armed Forces-Police and East Java Regional Leaders Communication Forum to ensure that people are still assisted and protected during PPKM", he concluded.
