As a form of concern for the flood disaster, the Head of the Central Kalimantan Regional Police, Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo directly led the departure of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Indonesian National Police to distribute social assistance to the people of Katingan Regency who were affected by the flood disaster, Saturday (11/09/2021).
The call for the departure for the flood social assistance was released by the Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police, who the Chief Deputy of Regional Police accompanied Police Brigadier General Ida Oetari Poernamasasi and High-Rank Executives of Central Kalimantan Regional Police .
In his remarks, the Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police said that this activity was a real action by the Central Kalimantan Regional Police to provide social assistance to communities affected by floods in Katingan Regency. The forms of activities held include social services and health services.
"Currently, the Central Kalimantan Regional Police have provided hundreds of basic food packages consisting of rice, eggs, instant noodles, cooking oil and ready-to-eat food and masks which will be distributed to flood victims in Katingan Regency. Hopefully, this distribution of aid can help and ease the difficulties of residents due to flooding. A Precise Police implement this activity in supporting the national economic recovery," concluded the Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police.
