Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Semarang.Central Java Police Chief,Pol. Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi, opened the Education for the Establishment of NCO for the 2021 National Police at the Indonesian Police State School of Central Java regional Police, Purwokerto, Monday (07/26/2021).
A total of 960 NCO students with the origin of sending from the Central Java Regional Police as many as 590 students and from the West Papua Police 370 students will take part in the Education for the Establishment of the National Police Officer at the Central Java Police's Indonesian State School of Police, Purwokerto.
On that occasion, the Central Java Regional Police Chief, read out the mandate from the National Police Kalemdiklat at the opening of the 2021 National Police NCO Formation Education.
The Central Java Regional Police Chief, said that the Education for the Establishment of the National Police in 2021 was carried out face-to-face or on campus with the consideration of the success of the previous on-campus education in managing to a minimum the transmission and spread of COVID-19 during education.

The decision to hold on-campus education aims to fulfill the expected competencies of the NCO graduates. The competence of the National Police Officers will determine the face of the National Police service.
Because 75% of the composition of National Police personnel consists of non-commissioned officers who are at the forefront of providing services to the community, explained the Central Java Regional Police Chief.
In particular, for the first time the National Police NCO Establishment Education in 2021 will implement the strengthening of the new curriculum that has been inaugurated by the National Police Chief, namely the Precision Curriculum.
"The strengthening of this curriculum is structured to answer the challenges of the current and more complex Polri," explained the Central Java Police Chief.
