Central Java Regional Police Chief Targets 70 Percent of People to Have Vaccination in November 2021

Tribratanews.polri.go.id -Semarang. Central Java Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector-General Ahmad Luthfi targets vaccination for 70 percent of Central Java residents to be achieved by November. He conveyed this while reviewing the implementation of the Covid-19 Vaccination at the Taraman Village Hall, Sidoharjo, Sragen Regency, Sunday (10/03/21).

"This needs to be done to create mass communal immunity, to support restrictions on activities that have entered level 3. Where public access has begun to be opened," explained the two-star general of Regional Police.

Pol. Inspector-General Ahmad Luthfi said that for the sake of vaccination to the community, relevant stakeholders are encouraged to stay all out without knowing holidays.

"There is no holiday because the 70 percent target must be met in November," said the Central Java Regional Police Chief.

Pol. Inspector-General Ahmad Luthfi appreciated that vaccination activities at the Taraman village hall were on track. This means that the implementation of vaccination in that place has already taken place by implementing strict health protocols. Vaccination at the Taraman Village Hall targets 2,000 participants. Meanwhile, on the same day (10/02), vaccination in Sragen Regency was also carried out at several points.

The Regional Police Chief explained that even though communal immunity has been achieved, health protocols are still a top priority.

"I urge the public to remain obedient to the health protocol. Let's pray together that Covid 19 in the Central Java region, especially in Sragen, will end soon and return to normal," concluded the former Solo Resort Departemental Police Chief.
