Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi, accompanied by the main officials of the Central Java Regional Police inaugurated the construction of the Mobile Brigade Srondol Dormitory Flat and reviewed the implementation of vaccinations at the Central Java Police Headquarter, Mobile Brigade Unit.
The Chief of Regional Police in his remarks said that the construction of houses is one of the actions in the concept of transforming the police towards precision, namely the Three program to make the National Police HR superior in the police 4.0 era in an effort to improve the welfare of National Police employees through the gradual fulfillment of housing needs for National Police members.
“This aims to provide motivation in carrying out duties and responsibilities optimally so as to maximize the performance of personnel or Civil Servants. Remembering, the house is one of the basic human needs, "explained the Regional Police.
“Thank you to all those who have supported the success of the program. When basic needs have been met, it is hoped that deviations in member behavior can be minimized and members can focus on providing the best service,” added the Regional Police.
According to the Regional Police, based on available data, it is known that there are still many members of the National Police and Civil Servants who do not yet own a house. This is something that needs to be followed up with solutions that could provide guarantees to the Police and Civil Servants to be able to have a decent and comfortable place to live to support the implementation of their duties.
The police chief also hopes that everyone can be an example in handling Covid-19 prevention. And for all parties to remain solid, as well as increase brotherhood and remain vigilant regarding the threat of Covid-19, in order to improve and restore current conditions so that conditions return to Stable.
"We have to remind each other and don't be negligent, so that we could reduce the spread of Covid-19, once I say thank you and the highest appreciation to the Central Java Regional Police Mobile Brigade, Commander Unit and their staff who always carry out real efforts and work hard to be able to provide facilities to improve the welfare of members of the National Police and Civil Servants, especially in Regional Mobile Brigade," he concluded.
