During the evacuation process, the Cartenz 2022 Peace Operations personnel managed to evacuate 1 victim from the shooting of PTT (Palapa Timur Telematika). The synergy of TNI-Polri personnel was deployed and succeeded in evacuating victims.
Armed with the information and data, the evacuation team went straight to the target where the survivors were at that time.
Less than 2 hours, the victim survived. Nelson Sarira was successfully evacuated by the joint personnel of Operation Cartenz Peace.
"The survivors have been successfully evacuated, then they were directed to the Mimika Police Headquarters for further medical treatment," concluded Chief Cartenz Ops
Until now, the survivors are still in the recovery process, in order to be asked for information related to the whereabouts of colleagues from other PTT employees for further evacuation.
