Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Banda Aceh. In collaboration with the Aceh Regional Police's Medical and Health division and the Aceh Besar Health Office, the Aceh Regional Police's Directorate of Water and Air Police carried out Merdeka Vaccinations in Gugop Village, Pulo Aceh District, Aceh Besar.
Aceh Regional Police's Directorate of Water and Air Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Wawan Setiawan, revealed the purpose of implementing the vaccine, in addition to raising awareness as an effort and endeavor to break the chain of spread and transmission of the Covid-19 virus which is still a problem in Aceh to this day, the vaccine also aims to increase the body's immune system.
Therefore, the Aceh Regional Police's Directorate of Water and Air Police invites all circles of society to join hands in suppressing, preventing, and minimizing the transmission of the coronavirus, one of which is by vaccinating.
"The Covid-19 vaccine is useful in protecting the body from contracting Covid-19 by generating or stimulating specific immunity in the body by administering a vaccine," explained the Aceh Regional Police's Directorate of Water and Air Police.
Aceh Regional Police's Directorate of Water and Air Police expressed his appreciation for the high enthusiasm of the people of Pulo Aceh in welcoming the Free Vaccination, which aims to create a healthy and productive society free from Covid-19.
