Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Bengkulu. To accelerate the prevention of the COVID-19 virus spread in Bengkulu Province, Bengkulu Regional Police organize million-dose mass vaccination, which will be spread over 6 locations within the city of Bengkulu.
Head of Public Affairs of Bengkulu Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Sudarno, mentioned the mass vaccination of 1 million doses will be held on June 26, 2021. The Head of Public Affairs of Bengkulu Regional Police explained, in carrying out the vaccination, his team will deploy 82. Bengkulu Police, vaccinators from Medical and Health Unit of Bengkulu Regional Police, Bhayangkara Hospital, and Bengkulu Provincial Health Agency.
"The target for all of Indonesia is 1 million doses of vaccine, and we get 17,700 vaccines with the target of 2500 people with a total of 12,000 people across the province. Our targets in vaccination are Youth Social Organization (OKP) and Academic Community, Police Family and community, fisherfolk community, golfer community and the general public, as well as staff and employees of work environment," he explained.
Head of Public Affairs of Bengkulu Regional Police said there are 6 locations where the simultaneous vaccination will be carried out, i.e. RRI, Balai Buntar, Mako Brimob, Mako Polair, Golf Course, and HKI. He also mentioned that all Resorts Police would also organize the same thing simultaneously at each location that each Resort Police have determined.
"For people who have not been vaccinated, please come directly to the 6 locations that have been provided. The vaccine is expected to arrive this afternoon," he concluded.
