The Criminal Investigation (Bareskrim) of the National Police (Polri) will continue to work on the alleged fraud case of Binomo Application professionally without being influenced by pressure from the masses.
"In the investigation process, investigators cannot be intervened by either the reporting party or the reported party," explained the Director of Special Economic Crimes at the Indonesian National Police, Brigadier General (Brigjen) Whisnu Hermawan.
Brigjen Whisnu Hermawan emphasized that his party would conduct an investigation by the National Police Chief's Regulation (Perkap) and work independently using the investigation plan that had been prepared.
On the other hand, the Public Information Office of the Public Relations Division of Polri, Brigjen Ahmad Ramadhan revealed that he did not know about the plan of the rally from the victims of Binomo. He would first check and examine the permit of that demonstration in front of the Bareskrim office.
"We will check first whether there is a notification of action or not," he explained.
This demonstration was held following the aftermath of the absence of Crazy Rich from Medan, Indra Kesuma alias Indra Kenz, from investigators' examination on Friday (18/2/22) and has not been named as a suspect.
