Banten Regional Police Chief Reviews Vaccination at SMAN 1 Ciruas

Tribratanews.polri.id - Serang. The Banten Regional Police again held a go-to-school vaccination in Serang district at Post Secondary School (SMA) Negeri 1 Ciruas Serang, Wednesday (08/18/21).
Banten Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector General Rudy Heriyanto directly observed the implementation of the go to school vaccination carried out by the Banten Regional Police Doctor and Health Field and Bhayangkara Hospital.
Head of the Banten Regional Police's Doctor and Health Field, Pol. Grand Commissioner Agung Widodo through the Head of the Banten Regional Police Bhayangkara Hospital, Police Commissioner Eko Yunianto explained about the go to school vaccination activity.
“Today, the Banten Regional Police Doctor and Health field carried out vaccinations on orders from the Banten Regional Police Chief. We have carried out this vaccination activity targeting students for the umpteenth time, today we are doing it at SMA 1 Ciruas, "explained Kompol Eko Yunianto.
The head of the Bhayangkara Hospital explained that the vaccinators came from the Banten Regional Police's Doctor and Health field and 10 people from Bhayangkara Hospital.
"Because coincidentally today also targeting several other high schools, also today there is an activity for the second dose. Then next week we will also carry out vaccinations to several high schools," said the Banten Regional Police's Intermediate Officer
Meanwhile, the Head of Public Relations of the Banten Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Shinto Silitonga, added that the Banten Regional Police together with the SMA Negeri 1 Ciruas school carried out vaccinations for students at SMA Negeri 1 Ciruas. Today the implementation of the vaccine was carried out on 632 students.
"Alhamdulillah, the enthusiasm of the students is quite high. There are more than 1000 peoples registered, so we together with the committee held it 2 times. This is a program from the Banten Regional Police to accelerate national vaccination activities so that the world of education in the Banten region can again carry out offline activities. Hopefully with the national vaccination of Indonesia Tangguh, Indonesia Grows can be realized," added Pol. Grand Commissioner Shinto Silitonga.
The Head of Public Relations of the Banten Regional Police also said that the implementation of vaccinations followed strict health protocols.
“I believe that this is a role model that other schools can refer to, so that the organizers are also safe. Hopefully we can continue to do this to achieve herd immunity in the Banten area. We believe that socialization and communication to parents is very important, we need to make sure that the most effective profit offer today is to encourage everyone to be vaccinated to join the national vaccination program. Thus, the communication that was built both at school and from us, the Police, convinced parents not to be afraid to encourage their children to take part in vaccination activities at outlets and in schools that had been communicated with the school-level committee," concluded Pol. Grand Commissioner Shinto Silitonga.
