Inspector-General Rudy Heriyanto Adi Nugroho, Banten Deputy Chief of Regional Police Brigadier General Ery Nursatari, inspected the voting process at Polling Station 03 Pasir Kondang Village, Pandat Village, Mandalawangi District, Pandeglang Regency, Sunday (10/17/21).
The Banten Regional Police ensured that the 2021 Regional Election in the Pandeglang area would run safely and smoothly.
Pol. Inspector-General Rudy Heriyanto Adi Nugroho expressed his gratitude to the people who came to the polling station to exercise their right to vote. "Praise to the Lord, today at Polling Station 03 Pasir Kondang Village, Pandat Village, Mandalawangi District, the voting process went well and safely. I thank all the people who came to the TPS and gave their voting rights to election village head candidates in Pandat Village. " said Rudy in his statement.
The Banten Regional Police Chief also appreciated the organizing committee because vaccination services had been provided for the community at Polling Station 03 Pasir Kondang Village, Pandat Village, Mandalawangi District.
"And I also appreciate the organizing committee for providing vaccination services to the community, so it is hoped that people who have not been vaccinated can be vaccinated when they come to the polling station," explained Two-Star General.
In addition, the former head of the Legal Division (Kadivkum) of the National Police also conveyed directions to the personnel on duty to carry out their duties following the SOP.
"So that all personnel in charge of securing the Village head election can carry out their duties properly and always synergize with related agencies. Furthermore, most importantly, always maintain neutrality, do not side with one candidate for village head," said Pol. Inspector-General Rudy Heriyanto Adi Nugroh.
The Banten Regional Police Chief appealed to personnel to continue to pay attention to health, considering that the implementation of the Regional Election was still during the Covid-19 pandemic.
"Stay healthy and remind the public to maintain health protocols during the voting process at polling stations and immediately report in stages if they find any potential vulnerabilities during the Election," appealed to Two-Star General.
The National Police and the National Armed Forces will continue to provide security guarantees to the community in securing the implementation of the Election in the Banten Regional Police jurisdiction.
