Yes, it's true that we are targeting 19,500 vaccinations for the community in a day, said the Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector General Rudy Heriyanto, Monday (08/30).
"Banten Regional Police will provide vaccinations at the Bhayangkara Hospital and at the Banten Regional Police's Medical and Health Clinic," continued the Regional Police Chief.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Banten Regional Police's Medical and Health Field, Pol. Grand Commissioner Agung Widodo explained that the Banten Regional Police and the Rangers Police had daily targets and the number of vaccinators including:
Banten Regional Police: 2,000 vaccines and 14 vaccinators;
Tangerang Metropolitan Police: 6,000 vaccines and 40 vaccinators;
Serang City Resort Police: 2,000 vaccines and 13 vaccinators;
Serang Resort Police: 3,000 vaccines and 20 vaccinators;
Cilegon Resort Police: 2,000 vaccines and 13 vaccinators;
Pandeglang Resort Police: 2,000 vaccines and 13 vaccinators;
Lebak Resort Police: 2,500 vaccines and 17 vaccinators.
The Head of Medical and Health at the Banten Regional Police also added that they would socialise 73 points where the Banten Regional Police and Resort Police will be vaccinated. "For the vaccination requirements, it is enough with an ID card, and the type of vaccine itself is the Sinovac vaccine," explained the Head of Medical and Health Department.
"For people who have not been vaccinated, they should be vaccinated immediately, because the vaccine can increase the body's immune system so that it could form Herd Immunity or group immunity, and continue to apply the Health Protocol strictly," said the Regional Police Chief.
Then Inspector of Regional Supervision from Banten Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Ady Soeseno said that the Banten Regional Police will prepare 130 vaccination teams, each team will be filled with 4 peoples including registration volunteers, screening, vaccinators, and observation supervisors.
"So, the target for each team in implementing this vaccination is 500 peoples per day," explained Inspector of Regional Supervision.
