Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Chief of Indonesian National Police, Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, received a visit from Army Chief of Staff (KSAD), Armed Forces General Dudung Abdurachman in Indonesian National Police Headquarter, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (1/12/21).
"I just visited by the Mr KSAD himself. Many things we talked about especially on how to maintain synergy and solidity between Armed Forces and Police in conducting duties on the field", Chief of National Police said.
Chief of National Police, Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, addressed his commitment to strengthening inter-institution synergy, especially in maintaining and securing government policies and community security and order situation.
"We agreed that synergy and solidity being conducted all along would be optimised in future duties", the Chief of National Police said.
Meanwhile, Army Chief of Staff, Armed Forces General Dudung Abdurachman, addresses their commitment to enhancing coordination with Police.
"Every time there is a threat, Armed Forces and Police must move fast. Don't wait because we support post-Covid government programmes. People really want the economic recovery programmes", he said.
Furthermore, KSAD Armed Forces General Dudung Abdurachman said that his institution asked the Military Regional Command to coordinate with Police in helping the government to grow the economy.
"And, in the future, Police and I will always in synergy and solidity. We will maintain it everywhere we are as there is public interest. I addressed that Army must be adored by the people. But the better is that you have to adore the people more", he concluded.
