inp.polri.go.id - Banten. In anticipation of a long holiday (Long Weekend) on the commemoration of the 2022 Isra Miraj of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, the Banten Police (Polda Banten) Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas) held a standby assembly in the Banten Police Multipurpose Building yard on Sunday (27/2).

The Standby Assembly was directly led by the Head of Traffic Accident Section (Kasi Laka) of Ditlantas Polda Banten AKP Tri Sutrisno and attended by 13 Ditlantas personnel who were prepared to monitor the people’s activity in a long weekend.

AKP Tri Sutrisno said that the assembly was aimed to anticipate and monitor community activities in several tourist attractions and at Merak Harbor in the Banten region.

“We will deploy our personnel at post monitoring routes to tourist areas and the Merak Harbor to anticipate if there is a spike in traffic flow," stated Tri Sutrisno. He adds to the people to be careful on the road.

“We implore to the people to always be careful, obey the traffic signs and stay at speed limit because the road is slippery because of the weather,” concluded Kasi Laka Ditlantas Polda Banten.
