The Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police held an Analysis and Evaluation of the Consolidated Public Relations of the Indonesian National Police in 2021 with the theme "Consolidating Public Communication Through Digital Media Optimization towards a Precise Indonesian National Police in the Police 4.0 Era".
The activity was opened directly by the Head of the Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police, Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, followed by all Heads of Public Relations Division of the Regional Police throughout Indonesia, which was held at the Sultan Hotel Ballroom, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (15/12/2021).
On that occasion, the Head of the Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police gave two awards to the West Sumatra Regional Police, which were received by the Head of Public Relations Division of the West Sumatra Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Satake Bayu Setianto. The first award was ranked I on the Public Relations Innovation on "Report Hoax" Applications. The next award is 3rd place in the Protest Oration Competition for the Chief of Indonesian National Police in 2021.
In his statement, the Head of Public Relations Division of the West Sumatra Regional Police expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the Indonesian National Police. They had entrusted the public relations innovation he had built. Thank you to the Chief of the Indonesian National Police, Head of the Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police, for believing in our creation so that the West Sumatra Regional Police won first place.
Then, the Head of Public Relations Division of the West Sumatra Regional Police also expressed his gratitude to the team creating the "Report Hoax" application by applying and collaborating with all parties internally (West Sumatra Regional Police) and externally. Hopefully, this application can be helpful in the community as a forum for information that is a lie (hoax) and which is not. So that the hope is that the public is not easily influenced by hoax news.
After receiving the award, the Heads of Public Relations Division of the Regional Police at the same time listened to remarks from the resource person, namely the Daily Chairperson of the National Police Commission, Police Inspector General (Ret.) Benny Josua Mamoto, Director General of Informatics Applications Semuel Abrijani Pangerapan, and directions from the Chief Deputy of Indonesian National Police, Police Commissioner-General Gatot Eddy Pramono.
