The activity was coordinated by the Head of the Dalops Division, Operation Bureau of the Papuan Reegional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Bahar Tosiba and was attended by the Deputy Chief of the Papuan Regional Police, Pol. Brigadier General Eko Rudi Sudarto, Chief of the Papua Regional Police's Medic and Health, Pol. Grand Commissioner. Nariyana, Jayapura City Police Deputy Chief of Police - Grand Commissioner Attendant Supraptono, Chief of Operation Section of Police Commissioner Attendant Langgeng Widodo, Chief of Intelligence and Security - Police Commissioner Attendant Beddu Rachman, Chief of Traffic - Police Commissioner Attendant Viky Pandu Widhapermana.
On this occasion, the Deputy Chief of the Papua Regional Police, accompanied by the Chairman of Health Department and the Deputy Chief of Jayapura City Police Station, reviewed the vaccine posts and the people who were going to vaccinate against Covid-19. Papua Regional Police Deputy Chief Pol. Brigadier General. Eko Rudi Sudarto, when confirmed said this free vaccination activity was carried out in the context of Bhayangkara's 75th birthday in 2021.
"So we from the Papuan Regional Police takes advantage of this by making positive activities to help the community so that they are not easily exposed to Covid-19," he said.
The Deputy Chief of Police continued, we must vaccinate because it is a form of strengthening the city's immunity to fight Covid-19, if we vaccinate it, we help the government to fight the spread of Covid-19 in Papua province, especially in Jayapura City. The Deputy Chief of Regional Police also added that the total vaccinations for today were 149 people, including 142 for the first vaccine and 7 for the second vaccine, while 11 people delayed the vaccine due to a history of illness.
