Ahead of 75th Bhayangkara Day, Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police Monitored the Implementation of Mass Vaccination, Health Service and Social Service.

Tribratanews.polri.go.id. - Palangkaraya. To support the vaccination acceleration program and celebrating 75th Bhayangkara Day, Central Kalimantan Regional Police again held mass vaccination, which took place at Health and Medical Unit Office, Central Kalimantan Regional Police.

The activity was monitored directly by Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police, Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, accompanied by the Deputy Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police, Police Brigadier General Ida Oetari Purnamasasi, (Regional Supervising Inspector) Irwasda Police Grand Commissioner Iman Prijantoro, and all High-Rank Officers of Central Kalimantan Regional Police.

Through the Head of Public Affairs Division Police Grand Commissioner K. Eko Saputro, Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police said, besides vaccination, police also distributed social assistance –nine basic necessities(sembako), and provided free health service to all people who carry out vaccinations.

"In this vaccination activity, we are targeting 500 people to be vaccinated and distribute 500 packages of nine-basic-necessities," the Head of Public Affairs Division explained.

He also hopes that the implementation of this vaccination can immediately form herd immunity, so the spread of COVID-19 is decreasing.

"I also advise all people who have been vaccinated to keep following health protocols," the Head of Public Affairs Division mentioned.

At the end of the activity, the Chief of Central Kalimantan Regional Police also handed nine basic necessities to people who had been vaccinated.
