The visit was to supervise and control the security.
Military Area Command I/BB Commander-in-Chief and Chief of North Sumatera Regional Police and their entourage, including Head of North Sumatera Regional State Intelligence Agencey, Brigadier General Asep Jauhari and Operation Assistant of Military Area Chief of Staff (Kasdam) I/BB Colonel Infantry Kristomei Sianturi, arrived at Rantauprapat using Bell 429 helicopter. The result mentioned about refusing applicant's application in its entirety, declaring that the votes obtained from re-voting on June 19, 2021 at 2 TPS (voting place), TPS 007 and TPS 009 Bakaran Batu Sub-District, Rantau Selatan District were based on Court Decision Number 141/PHP.BUP/XIX/2021, dated June 3, 2021 and stipulates the final result of the correct vote acquisition for each pair of Candidates in the 2020 Labuhanbatu Regent and Deputy Regent Election, the vote acquisition determined by the Respondent based on a decision Labuhanbatu Regency General Election Commission Number 64/PL.02.6-Kpt/1210/KPU-Kab/IV/2021 concerning Stipulation of the Recapitulation of Vote Counting Results after the Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 58/PHP.BUP-XIX/2021 in the Election of Regent and Deputy Regent of Labuhanbatu Year 2020, dated 27 April 2021 was not overturned by Constitutional Court.
