Tribratanews.polri.id - Banda Aceh. The Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation has named nine suspects related to the corruption case in beef procurement at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit Saree, Aceh Besar in 2017.
The determination of the nine suspects was carried out after going through the examination of 57 witnesses and holding the case on Monday (08/16/21) at the Aceh Police Headquarter.
"There are nine people who have been named as suspects. They have all been proven to have committed criminal acts of corruption in the cattle procurement project in Saree,” explained the Director of Crime and Investigation Unit of Aceh Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Sony Sonjaya, who was accompanied by the Head of Public Relations of the Aceh Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Winardy, Wednesday (08/18/21).
Explained that the nine suspects were ZY ( as Budget User ), SS (Chairman of Work Group ), AK (Secretary of Work Group ), DW ( Work Group member ), AH ( as Budget User Power/Commitment Officer ), IPS ( as Activity Technical Implementing Officer ), HA ( as Chairman of The Official Receiving the Results of The Work ). ), KW (as Director of CV. MC), and SY (as field officer of CV. MC).
“The suspects have their respective roles in this case. His role was proven to have violated the law, so that the nine people were named as suspects, said the Crime and Investigation unit of Aceh regional Police.
According to the Aceh Regional Police Intermediate Officer, the results of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency audit found a number of state financial losses of 1.2 billion.
To note, previously the Corruption Court investigator of the Aceh Regional Police's Director of Crime and Investigation Unit had sent a team to the Medan Government Goods and Services Procurement Policy Institute (LKPP) to investigate the alleged corruption case of thin cows in Saree.
This investigation is related to the project of alleged corruption in the procurement of saree cattle and other projects at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit Saree in 2017 which amounted to IDR 158 billion, of which on August 18, 2021, a case was held and a suspect was determined.
