Currently the Special Criminal Directorate of the Aceh Regional Police is conducting an investigation into the use of refocusing funds in 2020, especially regarding the flow of grant funds to 150 OKPs with a budget value of IDR 15 billion, said the Head of Public Relations of the Aceh Regional Police, Monday (09/06/2021).
The Head of Public Relations of the Aceh Regional Police said that currently investigators are still collecting the necessary evidence and documents related to the Covid-19 handling grant, so that the legal construction is strong.
"Investigators are still collecting evidence and collecting the necessary documents related to the distribution of COVID-19 grant funds to 150 Youth Organizations," continued the Head of Public Relations of the Aceh Regional Police.
"The goal is that the legal construction is strong and could determine whether there is a corruption crime or not later through the mechanism of case titles to increase the status of the case," he explained.
In addition to the former Head of Aceh Endowment Fund, investigators have also asked for information from the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) of Financial and Asset Management Agency, the Head of the Regional Office and the staff at the agency.
