Tribratanews.polri.go.id – Bandar Lampung. To accelerate the coverage of Covid-19 vaccinations in Lampung Province, the Lampung Police carried out Independent Vaccinations in dozen Cities/Regencies.
The 27 locations for the independent vaccination are spread over 20 Islamic boarding schools, three mosques, two churches, one temple, and one Islamic State University, explained Lampung Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector General Hendro Sugiatno, Wednesday (09/08/21).
The two-star general said that during the implementation of the independent vaccination, the Lampung Regional Police had prepared 21,800 doses of COVID-19 vaccine for the general public.
Regarding people who have not received vaccinations, the Lampung Regional Police Chief asked them to be patient because in the future this program will continue to be implemented until the Lampung vaccination coverage reaches the target.
Later we will coordinate with the Lampung Health Office for the number of vaccine doses to the Regional Police. Yesterday we discussed and they will increase the dose, explained the Lampung Regional Police Chief.
The Lampung Regional Police Chief said that the public need not worry about not getting the vaccine because, during a recent visit by President Joko Widodo to Lampung, he had promised to drop more vaccines to this province.
The Lampung Regional Police Chief informed that he had received 1 million 900 doses of vaccine so far that the province had only received.
