Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Jambi. Chief of Jambi Regional Police, Inspector General Pol A. Rachmad Wibowo, attended Plenary Meeting of Jambi Regional House of Representatives to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of Jambi City Governent and the 620th Anniversary of Tanah Pilih Pusako Batuah. The event was placed at Abadi Hotel & Convention Center Ball Room, Gatot Subroto Street, Sungai Asam, Ps. Jambi District, Jambi City, Friday (05/28/21).
In his remarks, the Mayor of Jambi City, Syarif Fasha, said on the 75th anniversary of Jambi City Government and the 620th Anniversary of Tanah Pilih Pusako Batuah in 2021, Jambi City has implemented various policies to accelerate the response to Covid-19 by allocating budget for health response and managing economic impacts as well as providing social safety net for people affected of Covid-19 or those who have social risk due to Covid-19.
Building Jambi City during Covid-19 is challenging. The mayor expected support from all stakeholders. “Let’s unite in fighting Covid-19 pandemic in Tanah Pilih Pusako Batuah. We carry the same weight,” he said.
He also aske all stakeholders to strengthen unity and integrity to support the government in serving the public.
The event was attended by Pj. Gubernur Jambi (acting as governor of Jambi), Commander of Military Region Command (Danrem) 042/Gapu Brigadier General M. Zulkifli, Deputy Mayor of Jambi, Chairperson of Jambi City Regional House of Reprsentatives, the Regents, all City Mayor of Jambi Province, former Jambi Mayor, Head of Government Organization of Jambi City, Public Figures, Traditional Figures, Religion Figures, Regional Figures and other invited guests.
Health protocol was applied during the event.
